Do you have useful resources and case studies to help with event planning?
Yes, there are a range of resources on this site to help you plan and promote successful Museums at Night events.
Here’s how to register your Museums at Night event in our database.
We have a wide range of case studies to explore, written by museums and galleries sharing their learning about after-hours events they’ve held.
Is there a deadline I need to register my event by?
Although you can register your Museums at Night events in our database right up until the festival in May, if you leave it that late you’ll miss out on a lot of marketing and publicity. The three deadlines are:
Friday 13 February: your event listing will be included in all of our PR pushes, including the press releases we send out to long lead magazines.
Friday 20 March: your event listing will be included in our March outreach.
Friday 24 April: This is the final deadline for your event listing to be included in our press releases.
