Are you taking part in Museums at Night with an evening event on 27, 28 or 29 October?
Have you registered your Museums at Night event yet? The final deadline is 5pm this Friday, 7 October to be included in our last PR blitz. Here’s a step by step guide explaining how to register your listing.
Once your event is registered in our database, you’re warmly invited to take advantage of a free 15 minute event marketing surgery phonecall. This opportunity is open to all Museums at Night participating organisations.
What does an event marketing surgery consist of?
We’ll have a chat about how your event listing appears on the Museums at Night site and your own site, making sure the copywriting and promotional images are as helpful as they can be; we look at whether the ticket booking process can be streamlined; what you’re doing in terms of press releases and media outreach; how your social media is going, and whether there’s anything else we can do to raise awareness of the event with your target audience.
Book your surgery as soon as possible!
If you’re interested, please email email@example.com or simply give me a ring on my direct line, 01273 523982. I understand working on an extremely limited budget, and I’m here to support you and suggest new ideas you may not have considered. So if you’re concerned about your ticket sales, don’t delay – call me today!
Quick win you can do in 1 minute – join our Thunderclap!
Be part of a simple online campaign aiming to get the Museums at Night festival trending on social media! We’re trialling a Thunderclap across Twitter and Facebook. However, we need to get 100 supporters for this to work, so we’d really appreciate you adding your support.
It’ll send one tweet from your account on the morning of 27 October announcing that Museums at Night is here, with a link for people to look up events. You can customise the text in the tweet, and it’s totally confidential. Simply go to the Museums at Night Thunderclap now, then click Support with Twitter or Support with Facebook.
