26/02/2020 15:30 - 18:00

Be the first to see Sharif Persaud's new exhibition Have You Ever Had at our relaxed exhibition opening. This relaxed event is for visitors who benefit from a quiet and less crowded environment. It is particularly suited to people with complex support needs or those with autism, and their families and carers. Families with children with SEND are also warmly invited to join us. A quiet space will be available for any visitors who would like to take a break. Persaud's work explores identity through his experience of contemporary life and autism. Have You Ever Had is the culmination of the UK-wide EXPLORERS Project, highlighting the extraordinary contribution neurodiverse people make to art and culture. In Gallery 2, adults and children can experiment with creating a film using fantastical digital backdrops at the launch of Ways of Being, our month of events and exhibitions focused on issues around disability and visibility. Our building is accessible and step free. Everyone is welcome at Autograph, you can expect a friendly and inclusive experience during your visit.
